Katsu curry with breaded tofu

Golden breaded tofu and sweet potato in our rich katsu curry sauce with rice and pickled vegetables. This meal is packed with flavour and is high in protein, which helps with recovery from exercise.

extra firm tofu (calcium-set), cucumber, extra firm tofu (Soya), unsweetened Soya milk, carrots, sweet potato, gluten-free breadcrumbs, radish, onion, long grain white rice, spring onion, rice wine vinegar, coconut sugar, banana, apple, ginger, gluten-free flour, granulated sugar, Celery, cold-pressed rapeseed oil, dijon Mustard, mirin, indian spice blend, brown sugar, tamari (Soya), garlic, Indian spice blend (cumin seeds, Mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, black pepper, coriander seeds, turmeric, cinnamon, paprika, cardamom, nutmeg, chilli powder, mace, cloves), turmeric, chinese five spice, vegetable bouillon, bouillon powder, iodised salt

HOW TO HEAT
