A green twist on our classic tofu scramble with spinach greens and green pea pancakes. This high-protein dish is packed with the goodness of greens like chlorophyll, which has strong antioxidant properties, and iron - required for the maintenance of normal energy-yielding metabolism.

spinach greens (spinach, green peas, courgette, mint, iodised salt, black pepper), green tofu scramble (extra firm tofu (Soya), spinach, unsweetened Soya milk, spring onion, parsley, vegan butter, nutritional yeast flakes, iodised salt, garlic powder, turmeric, black pepper), pea and spinach pancakes (unsweetened Soya milk, gram flour, green peas, spinach, dill, mint, chives, parsley, baking powder, black pepper, iodised salt)
